Traditional Tongan cooking

Today Rm 5 are finding some interesting things from Tonga (my Home Land )

Tongan people cook their food underneath the ground it's called a (umu) we eat all sorts of food taro,
coconut, horse... , pork , keke (tongan donuts, faikakai, Ufi Lolo i, Lu sipi, Raw fish, Otai ( a drink )
Umu is mainly like an underground oven that cooks heaps of yummy food.
Tongans use taro leaves, rocks, fire, much to make umus
they wrap the food into taro leaves and tin foil. After they wrap them all up the put the food underneath the
ground and cover it with all the leave. After its cooked they unwrap the food and say the lotu (the prayer)
and then eat it.
